Preventing child welfare crises by advancing caregiver wellness, maternal health, and family well-being.

Mother and Baby on Floor

Welcome

Linked Family Services (LFS) is dedicated to helping families thrive by focusing on what matters most: prevention, wellness, and access.
We work alongside parents and caregivers to strengthen protective factors, reduce stressors, and build healthier futures across generations.

At LFS, prevention is not just an idea—it’s a practice. Through our Tiny Essentials Relief Hub, we connect families with the resources and relationships that help them stay strong and supported. From providing essential goods to fostering parental confidence and community connections, we believe that when caregivers are equipped, children are protected, and communities are strengthened.

Our prevention work also centers on addressing the social determinants of health (SDOH) that shape family stability—ensuring every household has access to the essentials, opportunities, and support networks they need to thrive.

FOCUS AREAS

1. Child Welfare Prevention & Family Stability Through Access

We reduce family stress and help prevent child welfare involvement by providing consistent access to essential items such as diapers, hygiene products, and infant supplies. By meeting basic needs early, we help stabilize households before challenges escalate.

2. Protective Factors & Caregiver Support

Through every interaction, we engage caregivers in ways that reinforce their strengths, build confidence, and support resilience. Our approach centers dignity, trust, and connection—helping families feel supported, not managed.

3. Addressing Social Determinants of Health

We recognize that barriers such as limited access to essentials, transportation, and economic resources directly impact family stability. Through the Tiny Essentials Relief Hub and community partnerships, we help reduce these barriers and connect families to additional supports when needed.
